As most of you know I started freelancing back in February, and if you didn't know you do now!
Things were going well and I was really enjoying the freedom that comes along with working from home - going for a run in the
middle of the day, staring at the ocean outside my window for hours, volunteering to do the laundry just for the simple fact
that I could do it during the day. You know...all those great things you can't do when you're stuck in a cubicle, watching your
co-workers stuff down Krispy Kremes and coffee.
Well, this month that all changed. I officially understand what they mean when they say freelancing is inconsistent. Some months
it's slow and some months you have to work your a*% off. So, considering I literally worked through every weekend this month, I
wasn't able to get out and have any fun. Now I'm not looking for pity, but I did want to notify my devoted regulars that there
was a reason for this absurdity.
